General Refund Policy

CPDFeePay acts as a payment processing platform for educational institutions. All refund requests for tuition fees, application fees, or any other charges paid through our platform are subject to the specific refund policies of the respective educational institution to which the payment was made.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a payment made via CPDFeePay, you must directly contact the educational institution (school, college, university, etc.) where the payment was intended.

  • Contact the institution's finance department or admissions office.
  • Provide them with your payment details (transaction ID from CPDFeePay, date of payment, amount, student ID).
  • The institution will review your request based on their internal refund policies.

CPDFeePay's Role in Refunds

CPDFeePay facilitates the transfer of funds. Once an institution approves a refund, they will initiate the refund process through our platform. We will then process the refund back to the original payment method used.

  • We do not determine refund eligibility.
  • We process refunds only upon instruction from the educational institution.
  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please be aware that some fees, such as convenience fees or transaction charges incurred during the payment process, may be non-refundable, even if the primary fee amount is refunded by the institution. This will be clearly communicated at the time of payment.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is initiated by the educational institution through CPDFeePay, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
